i shot this in the parking garage underneath the zkm, center for art and media, in karlsruhe, germany.
main techniques i used here are:
– contrast adjusting the raw-file, saved a darker and a brighter copy as jpg
– layering the two files
– unsharp mask the upper layer
– added a layer mask to simulate a graduated neutral density filter to darken the lights
– merded down
– cropping and desaturating
– adding a vignette
– save and post
